Refund terms for digital content and live training services are applied in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation and the academy policy below.
14-day refund guarantee
Within 14 days of the date you buy the course, if you have watched less than 20% of the content and have not missed more than two live lessons, the full fee is refunded without giving a reason. The refund reaches the card you paid with within 7-10 working days.
Right of withdrawal and digital content
Under the regulation, for digital content performed immediately in electronic form, the right of withdrawal cannot be used if performance began with the consumer's consent. In this case the academy voluntarily offers the 14-day refund guarantee above.
Cancellation in live courses
- Up to 7 days before the course starts: a full refund or transfer to the next cohort
- In the last 7 days before the start: 80% refund
- Within 14 days after the course starts: the refund terms above
Membership cancellation
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect from the next billing period. For yearly memberships a full refund is made within the first 14 days.
